Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you chicken and waffles topped with 23-year old Pappy & Co maple syrup. ?
The chicken was cooked in my @pitbossgrills smoker for approximately 5 hours. I sipped on @wellerbourbon Special Reserve while my smoker turned the meat into chicken perfection.
I put the chicken on top of some waffles and then drizzled the liquid gold that is @pappyandco ‘s maple syrup that is made using 23- year #Pappy bourbon barrels.
The results were insanely amazing. I had a giant, goofy grin on my face the entire time I ate (devoured) this meal. Lucky me, there’s a ton of chicken leftover so I might be eating this meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner all week. Cheers ?
P.S. I bought the @pappyandco maple syrup at @wslexingtonky over the summer. I’m unsure about current availability, but I highly recommend picking up a bottle if you can find one. MSRP was $50, but worth every penny.
