KYBWS turns one!

It’s officially our one-year anniversary since starting this whole thing, and I can’t think of a better way to celebrate the journey so far.

The Mrs. whipped up one of my favorites for this evening. Homemade meatloaf with garlic sauce and truffled mashed potatoes inspired by 1770 House of East Hampton. Absolutely delicious meal! We may or may not have gone for seconds. ?

It only seemed appropriate to pour something equally magnificent from Kentucky Owl this evening. Kentucky Owl Batch 9 bourbon is incredible!
