The five keys are a powerful symbol symbol at @stitzelwellerdistillery located in Shively, Kentucky. They look mysterious, almost like you are walking on the grounds of a secret club.
Why keys? Five brass keys once hung on the door of the Stitzel-Weller distillery door. Each of the keys represents one of the five steps of crafting bourbon: grains, yeast, fermentation, distillation and aging.
