Announcing Six New Spring Expressions from Old Carter
Old Carter Whiskey Co. has been hard at work sourcing and blending some of the finest and most flavorful whiskies available on the market today. The fruits (or whiskey) of their labor have resulted in six new small batch releases for immediate release this spring.
For this release, the husband-and-wife team, Mark & Sherri Carter have curated barrels that were distilled in Indiana then were artfully blended resulting in four new Bourbons batches and two new American whiskies. As with other limited small batch releases from Old Carter, the couple select only seven to thirteen barrels for each blended barrel strength expression that is then bottled in Bardstown, Kentucky before ending up in our glass.
Below you will find detailed information on each of the new batches and be sure to pick up a bottle or three should you find it on your local store shelf. Also know that Old Carter Whiskey Co. is working hard to expand their distribution beyond Kentucky, California, and DC to now include New York, New Jersey, Georgia, and Louisiana.

New Rye Batches Coming Soon!
Last but certainly not least we have also received word that the Carter’s have just bottled & will be announcing three new Rye batches in the coming weeks!
Personally, I have just recently sampled an Old Carter Rye for the first time while at dinner in Lexington, Kentucky and was blown away (again) with the flavors and rich mouthfeel. My mouth is already watering just thinking about it, and I will have my eyes peeled for the new Ryes when they are ready for release.
